Shipping and payment conditions

A. Shipping costs and information:

Delivery of dry goods is possible within the European Economic Area (including Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), to Great Britain, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.

Delivery of frozen goods is only possible within Germany.

I. Shipping costs within Germany

For shipping within Germany, we charge the following shipping costs:

1.) Orders containing only dry goods:

Free shipping on orders over a gross order value of 100,00€ or more and a total order weight of less than 30.50 kg

・6,10€ (incl. VAT) per order for a gross order value of less as 100,00€ or a total order weight of more than 30.50 kg

Express shipping within Germany costs 9,90 €.
※ Coupons or free shipping from 100 € Purchase amounts are not applicable.

2.) Orders containing frozen products

For orders containing frozen products, we charge a flat shipping surcharge of 16,90€ (incl. VAT) per order.

Frozen products are delivered in polystyrene boxes or Coolmailer insulated packaging. To ensure quality, we include dry ice or gel ice packs with the products in the box. After opening the box, please place the frozen products immediately in the freezer or refrigerator.

If your order contains a frozen product, the following shipping costs will apply:

・12,90€ (incl. VAT) from a gross order value of 60,00€ or more and a total order weight of less than 31.5 kg

・16,90 € (incl. VAT) per order for a gross order value of less as 60,00€ or a total order weight of more than 31.5 kg

Orders containing frozen products are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

II. Shipping costs outside of Germany

Outside of Germany, we only offer delivery of dry goods. Frozen products cannot be delivered.

The following shipping costs (flat rate per order, incl. VAT) will be charged:

Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria = 11.90 €

2.) Area 2

Denmark, Liechtenstein = 13.50 €

3.) Area 3

France, Great Britain, Monaco = 15.50 €

4.) Area 4

·Poland, Italy = 18.00 €

III. Customs Information

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which are beyond our control and must be borne by you.This includes, for example, costs for money transfers through credit institutions (z.B. Transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (z.B. Customs duties). Further information can be found, for example, at http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/customs/customs_duties/index_de.htm and regarding import VAT under http://auskunft.ezt-online.de/ezto/Welcome.do.

Shipping costs for returned packages will not be refunded.

IV. Delivery Information

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated on the respective product details page, the delivery time is

- within Germany for orders containing only dry goods: 3-7 days

- for shipping to all other delivery countries 5-10 days

-Express shipping enables delivery within Germany in 1 day (maximum 2 days).
No shipping takes place on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting credit institution, or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract, and ends on the last day of the period.

If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take its place.

Transport damage

We kindly ask you to report any delivered goods with obvious transport damage to the delivery driver and to inform us of this (ideally by email with photos). If you are acting as a consumer and fail to do so, this will not affect your statutory or contractual warranty rights.

1. PayPal

Payment in just a few steps:
1. At checkout, select "PayPal" as your payment method.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and make the payment.
If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not required for the payment methods "Credit card via PayPal" and "Direct debit via PayPal".
4. You will then be redirected back to us.

Pay conveniently by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Klarna, Apple Pay.
