Shipping and payment conditions
A. Shipping Costs and Information:
Dry goods can be delivered to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg and Poland.
Frozen goods can be delivered within Germany as well as to Belgium and the Netherlands.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to other countries.
I. Shipping Costs within Germany
For shipping within Germany, we charge the following shipping costs:
1.) Orders with dry goods only:
・Free shipping for a gross order value of €70.00 or more
・€6.10 (incl. VAT) per order for a total order weight under 30 kg
・€12.20 (incl. VAT) per order for a total order weight from 30 kg to under 60 kg
・€18.30 (incl. VAT) per order for a total order weight from 60 kg to 90 kg
・In addition, DHL Paket shipping can be selected at checkout at the rates displayed there.
※ For orders over 90 kg, please contact us in advance.
2.) Orders with frozen products
Frozen products are delivered in Styrofoam boxes or Coolmailer insulated packaging. To ensure quality, we include dry ice or gel cold packs with the products in the box. After opening the box, please immediately place the frozen products in the freezer or refrigerator.
If your order contains a frozen product, the following shipping costs apply (express shipping, incl. VAT):
・€9.90 per order up to a gross order value of €60.00
・€16.90 per order from a gross order value of €60.00
※ Vouchers and free shipping do not apply to orders containing frozen products.
Orders containing frozen products are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
II. Shipping Costs outside Germany
The following shipping costs (incl. VAT) are charged per order:
1.) Zone 1 – Austria, Belgium, Netherlands
・Free shipping for a gross order value of €70.00 or more
・€6.10 for a total order weight under 30 kg
・€12.20 for a total order weight from 30 kg to under 60 kg
・€18.30 for a total order weight from 60 kg to 90 kg
2.) Zone 2 – Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland
・Free shipping for a gross order value of €100.00 or more
・€13.50 for a total order weight under 30 kg
・€27.00 for a total order weight from 30 kg to under 60 kg
・€40.50 for a total order weight from 60 kg to 90 kg
3.) Frozen goods to Belgium and the Netherlands
・€14.00 per order (up to a total order weight of 10 kg)
・For orders over 10 kg or over €60.00, please contact us in advance.
・Frozen goods cannot be delivered to any other country.
4.) Gift vouchers
・Shipping by registered mail: €6.10 per order (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland)
III. Customs Information
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in individual cases, which are beyond our control and must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties). Further information can be found, for example, at http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/customs/customs_duties/index_de.htm and on import VAT at http://auskunft.ezt-online.de/ezto/Welcome.do.
Shipping costs for returned packages will not be refunded.
IV. Delivery Information
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated on the respective product detail page, the delivery time is:
- within Germany for orders with dry goods only: 3-7 days
- for shipping to all other delivery countries: 5-10 days
- Express shipping (orders containing frozen products) allows delivery within Germany in 1 day (maximum 2 days).
No shipping is carried out on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Information on Calculating the Delivery Date
The period for delivery begins, for payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution, or for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Transport Damage
We kindly ask you to report goods delivered with obvious transport damage to the delivery person and to inform us (ideally by email with pictures). If you act as a consumer and do not comply with this, it will not affect your statutory or contractual warranty claims.

1. PayPal
Just a few steps to pay:
1. Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods "Credit card via PayPal" and "Direct debit via PayPal", setting up a PayPal account is not required.
4. Afterwards, you will be redirected back to us.
2. Credit Card
Pay conveniently by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Klarna, Apple Pay.
