Preparation instructions
For 2-3 people:

Roast 50g of curry paste with 2 tablespoons of oil over low heat for 1 minute.

Add 600 ml coconut milk and simmer for 1 minute.

Add 250g of meat (or alternatives) and cook.

Season with fish sauce, palm sugar, chili, and kaffir lime leaves; garnish with basil. Serve with rice.
