Cock's green curry paste contains green chili peppers, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime peel, shrimp paste and cumin. These ingredients, together with coconut milk, provide the typical Thai taste. Prepare with meat, shrimp or vegetables as desired and serve with jasmine rice or noodles. Garnish with coriander to make the dish perfect.

preparation tips
Recipe suggestion for 2-3 people:
Mix 2 cups of coconut milk (approx. 400 g) with 50 g of green curry paste and heat in a pan. Cook approx. 200 g of meat, vegetables and pickled eggplant pieces in the sauce. Season to taste.
