Medium-spicy Panang curry paste – a traditional Thai seasoning paste from Central Thailand. It offers an intense, slightly nutty aroma with ingredients like kaffir lime peel and galangal. Ideal for preparing authentic Panang curries with meat or tofu, served with rice.

Dried red chili (27%), lemongrass, shallots, garlic, salt, kaffir lime peel, galangal, cumin powder, coriander seeds.

Preparation Recommendation
For 2–3 people:

  1. Roast 50 g of curry paste with 2 tbsp oil over low heat for 1 min.

  2. Add 600 ml coconut milk, simmer for 1 min.

  3. Add 250 g meat (or alternatives) and cook.

  4. Season with fish sauce, palm sugar, chili, and kaffir lime leaves, garnish with basil. Serve with rice.
