A. Shipping costs and information:
Delivery of dry goods is possible within the European Economic Area (including Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), to Great Britain, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.
Delivery of frozen goods is only possible within Germany.
Ⅰ. Shipping costs within Germany
For shipping within Germany we charge the following shipping costs:
1.) Orders with dry goods only:
・Free shipping for orders with a gross value of €100.00 or more and a total order weight of less than 30.50 kg
6.10€ (incl. VAT) per order for a gross order value of less than 100.00€ or a total order weight of more than 30.50 kg
・Express shipping within Germany costs €9.90.
※ Vouchers or free shipping for purchases over €100 are not applicable.
2.) Orders with frozen products
For orders containing frozen products, we charge a flat shipping surcharge of €16.90 (including VAT) per order.
Frozen products are delivered in Styrofoam boxes or Coolmailer refrigerated packaging. To ensure quality, we place dry ice or gel cooling packs in the box with the products. After opening the box, please place the frozen product immediately in the freezer or refrigerator.
If your order contains a frozen product, the shipping costs are as follows:
12.90€ (incl. VAT) for a gross order value of 60.00€ or more and a total order weight of less than 31.5 kg
16.90 € (incl. VAT) per order for a gross order value of less than 60.00 € or a total order weight of more than 31.5 kg
Orders containing frozen products are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
II. Shipping costs outside Germany
Outside of Germany, we only offer delivery of dry products. Frozen products cannot be delivered.
The following shipping costs (flat rate per order, including VAT) will be charged:
1.) Area 1
Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria = 11.90 €
2.) Area 2
Denmark, Liechtenstein = 13.50 €
3.) Area 3
France, Great Britain, Monaco = €15.50
4.) Area 4
Poland, Italy = 18.00 €
III. Customs notice
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers through credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties). Shipping costs for returned packages will not be refunded.
5. Delivery information
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated on the respective product detail page, the delivery time is
- within Germany for shipping orders with dry goods only 3-7 days
- for shipping to all other delivery countries 5-10 days
- Express shipping enables delivery within Germany in 1 day (maximum 2 days).
No shipping is carried out on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Information on calculating the delivery date
In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Transport damage
We ask that you report any goods delivered with obvious transport damage to the delivery company and notify us (ideally by email with pictures). If you are acting as a consumer and fail to do so, this will have no effect on your statutory or contractual claims for defects.

1. PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not required for the "Credit Card via PayPal" and "Direct Debit via PayPal" payment methods.
4. You will then be redirected back to us.
2. Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Klarna, and Apple Pay.
