Medium-hot Panang curry paste is a traditional Thai seasoning made from dried red chilies, lemongrass, shallots and garlic. preparation tips
Recipe suggestion for 2-3 people:
Mix 50g purple curry paste with 2 tbsp vegetable oil (on low heat for 1 min). Add 600ml coconut milk and stir (on medium heat for 1 min). Add 250g meat to taste and simmer until cooked (stirring occasionally). Add fish sauce and palm sugar to taste and simmer (on low heat for 1 min). Add chopped fresh chilli and kaffir lime leaves and garnish with basil leaves. Serve with rice.
