The mildly spiced Massaman curry paste comes from Thailand and is known for its harmonious combination of spices and herbs. Massaman curry, which was originally inspired by Malay and Indian influences, is characterized by its creamy consistency and the fine balance between sweet and spicy. Perfect for traditional Thai dishes such as Massaman curry or as a dip and marinade.

Ingredients

Dried red chili 20%, garlic, shallots, salt, lemongrass, cumin, coriander seeds, galangal

preparation tips

Recipe suggestion for 2-3 people:

Mix 2 cups of coconut milk (approx. 400 g) with 50 g of Massaman curry paste and heat in a pan. Cook approx. 200 g of meat pieces, potato pieces and peanuts in the sauce. Season to taste.
