Tonkotsu Ramen originated in southern Japan, Kyushu/Hakata.
The slightly harder cooked, thin and straight noodles are eaten in a thick soup made from pork broth. Once you get a taste for it, you won't be able to stop enjoying it.
Along with Miso Ramen, one of the most common variations of Ramen in Japan.
