Product information

Cock's green curry paste contains green chilies, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime peel, shrimp paste, and cumin. These ingredients, along with coconut milk, create a typical Thai flavor. Serve with meat, shrimp, or vegetables as desired and serve with jasmine rice or noodles. A garnish of coriander completes the dish.

Preparation tips

Recipe suggestion for 2-3 people:

Combine 2 cups of coconut milk (approx. 400 g) with 50 g of green curry paste and heat in a pan. Cook approximately 200 g of meat, vegetables, and pickled eggplant pieces in the sauce. Season to taste.
